I'm Donna. I am a wife, a mother of 3 grown children and a proud Mema of 4 grandchildren. I am known as the Empowerment Portrait Photographer for Women over 50. Come join me on this journey to share the common bond of being 50 and over.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, I will be creating stunning portraits of 50 women over the age of 50 (50's, 60's, 70's,80's and beyond) celebrating with these women and documenting their stories.

Jessica ( our cover girl)" To all of the truly beautiful women out there I want to say you are special. You are valued. You are appreciated and you possess true beauty that grows from withing and radiates outward. In a sense YOU ARE ENOUGH. Perhaps it's been a long time since you felt this way. I'd like to tell you that most, if not all of us have felt that way at one or another time, or perhaps sadly most of the time. We women of 50 plus are a special breed. We are everything to everyone and sometimes loose ourselves trying to do it all. We are what they refer to as the "Sandwich Generation". We are the overwhelmed stay at home mom, the stressed out working woman, the newly retired wife, mother, daughter, grandmother who apparently now that she's retired is supposed to have time to do everything for everyone but herself. We all have stories, we have all accomplishments, we all have fears and we have all mountains that we had to climb (no pun intended lol) to get to where are. We wear our battle scars proudly from c section scars to surgeries to the dreaded Cancer radiation burns.
I have to tell you that participating in this project has done so much more for me than being pampered for an afternoon. It gave me the chance to share my personal journey with others and listen to theirs. It gave me the understanding that I was not alone in my battle to regain my health, strength and desire to become the confident and able woman I wanted to be. A better and humbler version of myself. Having that half a day where I was the Centre of the universe was exactly what I needed. Being pampered and put at such ease made being in from of the camera fund and enjoyable, something I never thought I'd be saying. This however was an entirely different experience. Donna and the talented hair/makeup artist captured the very best of me. My true uninhibited personality and personal style. For once I felt special, relaxed and something I have not felt in the last 5 years...Beautiful. Ladies,if you get nothing from this ( and I apologize) rather lengthy testimonial than knowing that every one of us deserves to see how truly Beautiful we really are . After all... it's our imperfections that make us so Perfect...X0

Having experienced low self-esteem issues for the longest time, I wanted to create something very special as a gift for all women to enjoy. I want every woman to feel and look beautiful.

A Pre-Consultation with me to discuss how you want to be photographed, your vision for hair & makeup, what outfits you would like to bring and borrow from my client closet etc. This is my favourite part. Being French, I love to laugh and talking comes naturally to me. During this time together, I listen to your story, we laugh, and at lot of times , we cry. But in the end, we are Friends. Your Story is powerful and there is a healing element to the process. Every woman feels heard and leaves with a huge hug and feeling a little lighter.

Hair and makeup on the day of the photo shoot (you will feel and look amazing so make sure to have dinner plans for after the shoot)

A Fully guided professional photoshoot Having a background in Photography, I will of course, pose you from your expression down to your fingertips. But what is most important, is knowing that this is a self-love environment. We will be checking the negativity at the door and you will leaving feeling empowered with a sparkle in your eye. It will be an unforgettable experience where I show you your true self and you won't be able to wait to tell all your friends about.

A reveal and ordering session where you can see all your beautiful portraits, choose your complimentary print and have the opportunity to purchase more. In our current generation, people don't print anything. My Mission is to provide the most beautiful portraits that will adorn walls in your home and your family's home for generations to enjoy. Every photography take, a woman is present, be it a wife, mother, grandmother, sister or daughter. Love and celebrate who you are today in the present for the people who love and cherish you. Your images will beautifully displayed in a Luxury Keepsake Box or Framed Wall Art for Italy or Australia.

You'll be interviewed by me after the photoshoot to find out your views about being a woman in her 50's. This may include a video interview.
